Arizona Motorcycle Accidents

If an auto accident has negatively impacted your life, you need to reach out to a car accident attorney as soon as possible to discuss your rights, especially if you feel that it was caused by the other driver’s negligence.

Driver negligence is responsible for more than 90% of motor vehicle accidents nationwide every year. In motorcycle accidents, a negligent driver is almost always responsible. Drivers who do not look out for motorcyclists cause the majority of these wrecks.

Motorcyclists often suffer severe injuries in traffic accidents that land them in the hospital for prolonged periods or even end their lives. This is due to the fact that they travel at high speeds while exposed to the elements, as well as other vehicles and the road itself. If they become involved in a crash, they usually make direct contact with the pavement or other vehicles, causing them severe or even fatal injuries.

Driver intoxication, distraction, and fatigue cause thousands of collisions that lead to serious injuries and death for victims every single year.

The state of Arizona sees more traffic collisions than most other states in the nation. On average, more than 125,000 auto collisions take place in the Grand Canyon State each year. This is more than 340 crashes every day. A percentage of these involve motorcyclists. Sadly, about 80% of motorcycle accidents that happen in the United States and in Arizona end in serious injuries or death for those involved.

At the Law Offices of Samuel P. Moeller, PLLC, our trusted motorcycle crash lawyers in Tempe have worked diligently for decades to help motorcyclists get the financial compensation they require to recover from the damages that result from their accidents. Our skilled legal team has made it a personal and professional goal to help injured crash victims get the money they need to get their lives back on track.

Even if you think you may have been partially at fault for your crash, you may still be eligible for financial compensation that can help you cover the costs related to medical bills, and repairs to your car/bike. For example, if the court finds that you were 30% at fault for your accident, you may be eligible to collect about 70% of the compensation available to you for your injuries and losses.

Call our Arizona law firm at (602) 903-2905 to talk to a lawyer regarding your claim. Our trusted personal injury law firm works on a contingency fee basis which means that we charge you no upfront costs or out-of-pocket fees. We only get paid if you get compensation for your losses. Arizona Car Accidents

Car crashes happen constantly throughout the state of Arizona and across the United States. The United States sees more than 17,000 car wrecks per day, which is equivalent to around 6 million each year. Of these accidents, more than 3 million people sustain injuries and about 40,000 lose their lives every year. Driver negligence causes the majority of these accidents.

Negligent drivers cause millions of people to become injured every year. In the Grand Canyon State, more than 55,000 people sustain injuries in car wrecks yearly. On average, more than 125,000 auto accidents are reported in the state of Arizona per year. Currently, most of the car wrecks reported in the state are caused by speeding, distraction, and intoxication. Driver distraction causes over 400,000 car crashes per year in the US and takes the lives of more than 3,000 people. When you or a member of your family has sustained injuries due to the actions of a negligent driver, you may qualify for financial compensation for the injuries and damages you face.

Negligent drivers break the law each time they act recklessly or carelessly while on the road. It can be difficult and scary to sustain serious injuries in a negligently caused accident, not to mention unfair. For these reasons, a car crash lawyer in Phoenix can help you if you have been hurt by a negligent driver.

If you or a loved one of yours has been seriously hurt in a car wreck caused by driver negligence, filing a personal injury claim for compensation could help you a great deal. You can get the money necessary to cover the costs associated with vehicle repairs, medical bills, wage loss, etc.

Arizona Auto Accidents

Car crashes can happen for a multitude of different reasons in Arizona. Currently, one of the main causes of auto accidents in Arizona and throughout the United States is driver intoxication. In 2019, nearly 300 people lost their lives in alcohol-related traffic accidents in the state of Arizona. Throughout the country that same year, over 10,000 people were killed due to DUI accidents.

All different types of driver negligence exist, including fatigue, distraction, and speeding. Intoxication is one of the worst because it is usually comparable to a mixture of all three types of negligence. When a person is intoxicated, they are unlikely to drive at safe speeds or pay attention to the road, and they may be falling asleep while driving.

If you have recently lost a loved one in a DUI crash in Arizona, you should contact a wrongful death lawyer in Mesa as soon as you can. An attorney can help you learn more about your legal right toward financial compensation. Financial compensation can help you cover some or all of the costs related to your loved one’s passing.

Medical bills, funeral care, burial costs, pain, suffering, loss of enjoyment of life, and more may be eligible for financial compensation depending on the circumstances of your loved one’s accident. At the law offices of Samuel P. Moeller, we know how difficult a time like this can be. Allow us to help you on the legal side of things so you can focus on your family.

Eloy, AZ – Two Killed in Auto Crash on I-10 near milepost 208

Eloy, AZ (November 15, 2022) – Police in Arizona report that two people lost their lives in a fatal auto crash south of Phoenix. The wreck was reported in Elroy on the morning of November 15 sometime before 8:00 a.m.

Emergency crews were sent to the wreck site, located on Interstate 10 near milepost 208. Two commercial trucks and a car were involved in the collision.

A blue vehicle with significant damage was seen at the crash site, partially wedged underneath a FedEx truck. Police did not report which vehicles the deceased victims were traveling in. Their identities also have yet to be reported.

The eastbound lanes of I-10 were closed for several hours while emergency crews worked to clear the area. Authorities in Eloy continue to investigate.

We would like to offer our sincere condolences to the families of the deceased victims at this time.

Arizona Truck Crashes

Commercial trucks are involved in some of the most catastrophic traffic accidents that occur. Being involved in an auto crash with a commercial truck can be terrifying and life-altering. Semi-trucks weigh approximately 20 times more than the average 4-door vehicle. Usually, people who sustain injuries in truck accidents are more severely injured than those who are hurt in regular auto accidents.

Unfortunately, auto crashes take place in Arizona hundreds of times per day. The state sees more than 65,000 people sustain injuries every year due to car crashes, and over 1,000 lose their lives. Sustaining injuries in a collision can totally alter a person’s life. If you or a loved one of yours was recently hurt in a crash, you may be dealing with an array of problems, ranging from physical, emotional, and financial.

You may have ended up stuck in the hospital, which means that you were unable to work for some time. This may have resulted in negative mental consequences, like stress, anxiety, and more. A personal injury lawyer can help you learn more about your legal right toward financial compensation. Compensation can help cover some or all of the costs associated with your wreck.

There are over 11 million trucks actively operating throughout the United States, many with fatigued and overworked drivers carrying hazardous loads. In 2016, approximately 475,000 large truck collisions were reported in the United States. Human error was the leading cause of these wrecks, accounting for more than 90% of them.

If you or a loved one of yours has been injured in a truck accident, allow an Eloy truck accident attorney to help you protect your legal right toward compensation. The lawyers at the law offices of Samuel P. Moeller firmly believe that paying for injuries caused by driver negligence is out of the question.

Sadly, many truck accidents end in fatalities. These are more than likely the result of driver negligence due to the fact that truck drivers are often overworked and fatigued. Driving while fatigued is comparable to driving while intoxicated, and can result in devastating consequences. If you have lost a loved one in a fatal truck crash, a wrongful death lawyer in Eloy can help you recover financial compensation to pay for the costs related to your accident.

Contact the law office of Samuel P. Moeller at your earliest convenience in order to be connected with a skilled and experienced attorney who can help you. You can reach us at (602) 903-2905 to see how we can assist you to obtain the best outcome for your case.

Arizona Motorcycle Accidents

In Arizona, car wrecks occur frequently. In fact, hundreds of auto accidents are reported per day in the Grand Canyon State. These wrecks cause thousands of people to become injured per year and take the lives of thousands annually. A percentage of these accidents involve motorcycles. Motorcyclists are at a greater risk for serious and fatal injuries due to being totally vulnerable and unprotected while traveling.

If you have recently sustained injuries in a motorcycle accident, you may qualify for financial compensation for the damages related to your wreck. Statistics concerning motorcycle crashes in the US show that about half of the motorcycle accidents that happen here are caused by other drivers, not the motorcyclists, not the motorcyclists themselves.
