Arizona Auto Crashes

Car crashes happen constantly in the United States and throughout Arizona. The US sees about 17,000 car wrecks per day that injure around 7,500 people. Per year, there are about 6 million car crashes that injure over 3 million people and take the lives of about 40,000 per year.

Being seriously hurt in a car crash can be extremely stressful. Especially if your injuries are severe, they may keep you from living your life how you want and need to. Driver negligence leads to millions of car crashes every year in the United States. Drivers who are over-tired, distracted, speeding, or intoxicated cause more auto accidents than vehicle malfunctions and bad weather combined.

If you were hurt by the actions of a negligent driver, the best thing for you to do is contact a car crash lawyer as soon as you can and file a personal injury claim. You may be eligible to collect financial compensation that can help you financially during this difficult time. You may be faced with steep medical bills, outstanding costs related to vehicle repairs/replacement, and lost wages.

Call a personal injury attorney in Phoenix from the Law Offices of Samuel P. Moeller, PLLC if you think you may qualify for financial compensation for your injuries and damages. Working with a trusted attorney is in your best interest. Sadly, insurance companies will try to coerce you to settle for less than you deserve in terms of financial compensation. With the assistance of an experienced attorney,  the insurance company will not be able to take advantage. We will negotiate the maximum settlement available from the insurance companies for you.

If you or someone you love has been hurt in a crash, call our car crash lawyers at your earliest convenience. We can help you protect your legal right toward financial compensation. Our lawyers are available 24/7 and you can reach us at 602-903-2905.
