More than 35,000 people lose their lives in car wrecks in the United States yearly. Alarmingly, the majority of car wrecks in the United States are the result of driver negligence.

Driver negligence comes in many forms. Intoxication, fatigue, and distraction cause millions of people to become injured every year. Approximately 4 out of 5 vehicle collisions happen due to driver negligence in the US.

Any activity that takes your eyes and attention from the roadway while you’re driving is considered negligent. Negligent driving is dangerous, selfish, and illegal.
