Arizona Car Wrecks

In Arizona, there are more traffic accidents than in almost any other state in the United States. More than 125,000 car wrecks happen in the Grand Canyon State yearly. This is equal to over 340 car crashes each day.

Over 150 individuals are seriously injured in these accidents. Injured accident victims sometimes require emergency medical treatment that requires them to stay in the hospital for days or weeks. Because of this, sustaining injuries in an auto accident can be a difficult experience. You may be left emotionally traumatized and physically disabled after your accident.

If a car crash has negatively impacted your life, you should contact a car crash lawyer as soon as you can. Especially if you believe that the accident was caused by a negligent driver. Driver negligence causes more than 90% of the car wrecks reported in the United States. Things like driver distraction, intoxication, and fatigue lead to thousands of accidents that injure thousands of people every single year.

Even if you are partially at fault for the crash, you may still be eligible to collect financial compensation. For example, if you are found to be 30% at fault for your accident, you will be able to collect 70% of the compensation available to you.

The Law Offices of Samuel P. Moeller, PLLC, have worked to help injured crash victims recover just compensation for many years.
