Arizona Pedestrian Accidents

Approximately 130,000 car crashes are reported in Arizona per year. These accidents happen in various ways, involving vehicles, motorcycles, and pedestrians. When a pedestrian is involved in a traffic accident, they usually sustain severe injuries that land them in the hospital or even take their lives.

Unfortunately, many pedestrians who are involved in auto wrecks must endure invasive and extensive medical care while they spend prolonged periods of time in the hospital. Being seriously hurt in any type of accident is extremely difficult. If you were hurt in a pedestrian accident, rather than attempting to recover on your own, contacting a pedestrian crash lawyer in Phoenix may be in your best interest. You may qualify for financial compensation for a large number of damages related to your crash.

If you are the surviving family member of someone who lost their life in a pedestrian accident, our hearts are with you. We know that nothing hurts worse than losing a loved one, especially if you are under the impression that their death was preventable. Driver negligence takes the lives of tens of thousands of people every single year in the United States and is responsible for over 90% of the car crashes reported annually. Considering these facts justifies that your loved one’s accident was most likely the result of some form of negligence.

Working with a wrongful death lawyer in Phoenix may be financially beneficial to you during this difficult time. A wrongful death lawyer can help hold negligent parties accountable, as well as provide you with financial compensation that can help cover the costs related to your loved one’s accident.
