Vehicle Accidents in Arizona

Car accidents happen regularly in the United States and throughout Arizona. There are over 125,000 motor vehicle collisions that happen in the state of Arizona per year. Approximately 150 people are hurt per day in these accidents. Across the United States, over 6 million car wrecks are reported annually. More than 3 million people are hurt in these wrecks.

Auto accidents can happen for a multitude of different reasons. Vehicle malfunctions, road conditions, and driver negligence all contribute to thousands of car accidents per year. However, driver negligence may contribute to millions of wrecks every year.

Statistics provided by the National Highway Traffic Safety Association state that approximately 95% of the motor vehicle crashes reported in the United States are caused by driver negligence.

If you or someone you love has recently been injured in an auto collision caused by driver negligence, you deserve to be able to make a full recovery without worrying about money. Unfortunately, the average cost of recovering from a severe car wreck in the United States is more than $60k. The average American does not have access to this kind of money, which means it is monetarily difficult for most people to make full financial recoveries after suffering serious injuries in car wrecks.

The lawyers at Samuel P. Moeller, PLLC, have been helping injured accident victims make complete financial recoveries for many years. We work hard to ensure that our clients are able to collect full and fair financial compensation after they are injured in accidents caused by negligent drivers.

The law in Arizona says that anyone injured by another person’s negligence has the right to pursue financial compensation to help pay for their injuries and losses. Road Accidents in Arizona

More than 1,000 people were killed in car wrecks in Arizona in 2021. In the United States, Arizona highways are some of the most dangerous. Car crashes in the Grand Canyon State are often caused by driver intoxication and wrong-way drivers.
