Arizona Auto Wrecks

Car accidents in Arizona happen frequently, about 300 times per day. Approximately 55,000 people are hurt in auto collisions per year in the Copper State or about 150 per day. Throughout the United States, about 17,000 car crashes cause injuries to more than 7,500 people every single day. These numbers tell us that auto accidents are a huge contributor to serious injuries in the United States.  No matter how common automobiles become in our society, they are always going to pose serious threats to our health and well-being.

The possibility of a collision is forever imminent when you ride in a vehicle on a busy roadway. The average person is involved in approximately three to four car accidents throughout their lifetime.  Luckily, the majority of the auto wrecks that occur in Arizona and throughout the United States result in only property damage. However, the collisions that end in injuries are often caused by negligent drivers. Driver negligence has become the most prevalent cause of traffic accidents in the nation, probably due to smartphones and other handheld technology.

When a negligent driver causes a car crash, if that crash results in injuries for those involved,  the negligent driver’s insurance company can provide the injured victims with financial compensation that can cover the costs associated with their injuries.  If you or someone you love has been injured in a car wreck caused by negligence, you should contact a car accident lawyer in Phoenix. A car accident attorney can help you recover financial compensation to pay for medical bills, vehicle repairs, and more.

The car accident lawyers in Phoenix at Samuel P. Moeller, PLLC, have been in the business of helping injured accident victims recover just compensation for many years. We work hard to ensure that our clients who have been hurt in auto wrecks are able to make full financial recoveries.  Call our law firm at (602) 903-2905 if you are unsure of how to move forward after a negligent driver caused your injuries. We offer free case evaluations and our services cost you nothing unless you’re awarded financial compensation for your injuries and losses.

Arizona Auto Collisions

More than 10,000 auto collisions take place in the state of Arizona every month. Usually, these accidents seriously injure victims and damage every aspect of their wellbeing. If a person is hurt in a crash that a negligent driver caused, they may qualify to collect compensation that can help them recover financially.

Those who are hurt in auto accidents caused by speeding, distracted, or intoxicated drivers are often more severely injured than those who sustain injuries in other types of accidents.
