Arizona is no stranger to car accidents. Close to 200,000 vehicle crashes happen in the Grand Canyon State per year. These wrecks injure nearly 70,000 individuals annually and take the lives of more than 1,000 people every year. The actions of negligent drivers often lead to injury collisions in the state of Arizona. Negligent acts, including distracted driving, driving while drunk or high, or over-tired, as well as at unsafe speeds, cause millions of auto accidents throughout the country and thousands in Arizona every year.

When car wrecks are caused by negligent drivers, those involved often sustain severe injuries that can land them in the hospital for weeks or even months. Arizona Car Crashes

If you or a loved one of yours has been involved in a traffic accident, statistically speaking, there is a one-in-three chance that you or another involved party will sustain injuries. The extent and nature of the injuries will widely vary, from bruises, scrapes, and whiplash, to brain injuries and other life-altering wounds, even wrongful death. Injuries that are commonly suffered in serious car crashes include broken bones, lacerations, spine, neck, and back injuries, brain injuries, and more.

Some car crash injuries may be obviously apparent from the very beginning, while others do not display symptoms until days or weeks after the crash occurs. This is usually the case with soft tissue injuries, where the symptoms are merely stiffness and numbness at first but persist into more severe problems later. This is why it is important to see a doctor regardless of the seeming severity of your injuries. Seeing a licensed medical professional will also safeguard your legal rights later if and when you choose to file a personal injury claim for compensation.

Filing a personal injury claim is necessary when you have been hurt by the actions of another driver. The costs associated with your injuries alone may exceed your budget, let alone the costs of vehicle repairs and the wages you will lose while stuck recovering in the hospital. Intangible losses like pain, suffering, embarrassment, loss of consortium, and other damages may also result from a serious car crash and may also qualify for financial compensation when you file a personal injury claim.

When you work with the skilled legal team of Phoenix personal injury attorneys at the law office of Samuel P. Moeller, PLLC, we will always have your best interests in mind. We work to hold negligent parties accountable for their careless and reckless actions while we make sure you’re able to recover financially from the losses and damages you face.

Call our law firm at (602) 903-2905 to be connected with a skilled and compassionate car crash lawyer who can help you through this difficult time. You deserve to be able to recover without worrying about money. Call our skilled legal team to learn more about how you can move forward with our help.
