Arizona Auto Accidents

There are more car wrecks in Arizona than in most other states in the nation. Each year, more than 125,000 auto wrecks happen in the United States. This is equivalent to approximately 340 accidents per day.

More than 150 people suffer injuries in these collisions each day. Those who sustain injuries in accidents often require extensive medical care that can be stressful and invasive. Oftentimes, those injured in car wrecks have to spend days or weeks recovering in the hospital. It can be extremely difficult to endure an experience like this, which is why lawyers work hard to help those injured in car crashes to recover.

If a car crash negatively impacted your life, contacting an auto accident attorney could be a smart move. Especially if you believe another person caused your injuries. Driver negligence is responsible for the majority of the auto collisions that happen in Arizona and throughout the United States. Driver distraction, intoxication, and fatigue can lead to severe injuries and sometimes even fatalities for drivers and passengers.

Even if you think you may be partially at fault for your wreck, you may still be eligible for compensation. For example, if you were found to be 30% at fault for the accident, you would still be able to collect 70% of the compensation available to you.

At the Law Offices of Samuel P. Moeller, PLLC, we work diligently to assist our clients to recover the financial compensation they need to get their lives back to normal after their wrecks. Our trusted team of auto accident attorneys in Phoenix is here to help you every step of the way during your personal injury claim.
