Arizona Traffic Accidents

Car accidents in Arizona result in about 4,500 individuals sustaining injuries per month, or approximately 150 per day. Over 8,000 car wrecks are reported per month in the Grand Canyon State or approximately 98,000 per year. This is equal to about 268 per day. Oftentimes, those who are hurt in these wrecks require immediate medical attention and hospitalization. Crash victims who are severely injured often have to have emergency surgery in order to fully recover. They may also have to undergo weeks or months of rehabilitation and therapy depending on the severity of their injuries.

When the negligent actions of motorists lead to injuries for innocent people, injured victims may be able to move forward from their collisions by exercising their legal rights. Contacting a car crash lawyer in Phoenix can provide you with the best chance to collect financial compensation for your injuries and losses.

Hit-and-run accidents are unfortunately rather common in the United States and throughout Arizona. On average, the state of Arizona sees approximately 15,000 hit-and-run crashes per year. A hit-and-run can be more dangerous than another type of crash because if an individual is seriously hurt and no one calls for help, they could be at greater risk for seriously debilitating injuries or death. If you or someone you love were hurt in a hit-and-run crash, you may benefit from speaking with a car crash lawyer.
