When you’re hurt in a crash caused by driver negligence, the insurance company of the responsible driver is responsible for paying for the costs related to your damages. Medical bills, wage loss, vehicle repairs, and non-economic damages like pain, suffering, loss of consortium, and other damages may be eligible for financial compensation, depending on the details of your accident.
