Arizona Auto Accidents

Every year, in the state of Arizona, there are around 130,000 car crashes reported. These collisions injure and take the lives of thousands of people. Sadly, about 1,000 people lose their lives per year due to these wrecks, and approximately 60,000 people are killed.

Most crash victims who are severely injured will find themselves stuck in the hospital for days, weeks, or even months. While in the hospital, victims will usually undergo invasive medical procedures that take up a lot of time, energy, and money. Not only are their hospital stays expensive, but they may also cost victims time at work, putting an even deeper dent in their pockets. This entire situation can be extremely overwhelming and difficult to deal with.

If you find that you’ve become stuck in a difficult situation like this, it is vital to figure out how and why your crash occurred. If you’re aware that another person caused your wreck, you could qualify for financial compensation for the injuries and damages related to your wreck. A personal injury lawyer can help you get financial compensation to help you cover the expenses that were brought on by your accident.

In the United States, negligent driving is illegal. Statistics concerning the crashes that happen in the US show that over 92% of them are the result of negligent driving. Intoxication, speeding, fatigue, distraction, and other forms of driver negligence severely injure and take the lives of thousands of people per year.

Moeller, PLLC, are highly experienced in assisting crash victims to get the compensation they need in order to recover from their injuries and losses. Our lawyers can help you financially recover by negotiating a full and fair settlement with the insurance companies. Unfortunately, most of the time, insurance companies attempt to get injured crash victims to settle for less than they deserve in terms of compensation. • Investigating your crash/what caused it
  • Using numerous resources to gather pertinent evidence
  • Working with investigators and crash reconstructionists if needed to determine the details of your case
  • Aggressively negotiating with insurance companies
  • Representing you in court

Our attorneys are fully committed to supporting our clients throughout their recovery. We work to make things easier for you so you can get your life back together as quickly as possible.
