Phoenix, AZ – One Injured in Multi-Vehicle Accident on I-17 near Camelback Rd

Phoenix, AZ (December 12, 2022) – A car crash ended in injuries in Phoenix on the morning of December 11. Sometime before 4:00 a.m., emergency crews were sent to the scene of the accident on Interstate 17.

The Department of Public Safety reports that a vehicle collided with the median wall near Camelback Road before crashing into another vehicle. It then crossed multiple lanes of the road before coming to a stop.

One person sustained serious injuries in the accident. The victim was unresponsible when paramedics arrived at the scene. The Arizona Department of Transportation states that the northbound lanes of the interstate at Camelback Road were closed for some time in the early morning hours of December 11.

Police continue to investigate the details of the incident. We hope for the full recovery of the injured victim.

Arizona Car Crashes

If you or a loved one of yours has been involved in a traffic accident, statistically speaking, there is a one-in-three chance that you or another involved party will sustain injuries. The extent and nature of the injuries will widely vary, from bruises, scrapes, and whiplash, to brain injuries and other life-altering wounds, even wrongful death. Injuries that are commonly suffered in serious car crashes include broken bones, lacerations, spine, neck, and back injuries, brain injuries, and more.

Some car crash injuries may be obviously apparent from the very beginning, while others do not display symptoms until days or weeks after the crash occurs. This is usually the case with soft tissue injuries, where the symptoms are merely stiffness and numbness at first but persist into more severe problems later. This is why it is important to see a doctor regardless of the seeming severity of your injuries. Seeing a licensed medical professional will also safeguard your legal rights later if and when you choose to file a personal injury claim for compensation.

Filing a personal injury claim is necessary when you have been hurt by the actions of another driver. The costs associated with your injuries alone may exceed your budget, let alone the costs of vehicle repairs and the wages you will lose while stuck recovering in the hospital. Intangible losses like pain, suffering, embarrassment, loss of consortium, and other damages may also result from a serious car crash and may also qualify for financial compensation when you file a personal injury claim.

When you work with the skilled legal team of Phoenix personal injury attorneys at the law office of Samuel P. Moeller, PLLC, we will always have your best interests in mind. We work to hold negligent parties accountable for their careless and reckless actions while we make sure you’re able to recover financially from the losses and damages you face.

Arizona Auto Accidents

If you or a loved one have been injured in a serious crash, you may have a lot weighing on your mind in the days and weeks following the incident. The thought of filing a personal injury claim may seem overwhelming and stressful, however, it is important to be able to financially recover, especially if you did not cause the accident.

In Arizona, hundreds of thousands of auto accidents happen per year, which cause tens of thousands of people to become injured. Sadly, over 1,000 people are killed in these wrecks annually.

When you’re hurt in a crash caused by driver negligence, the insurance company of the responsible driver is responsible for paying for the costs related to your damages. Medical bills, wage loss, vehicle repairs, and non-economic damages like pain, suffering, loss of consortium, and other damages may be eligible for financial compensation, depending on the details of your accident.

If you have lost a loved one in a fatal traffic accident caused by negligence, a wrongful death lawyer in Phoenix can help you recover. Medical expenses, vehicle repairs/replacement, funeral/burial costs, and other expenses related to the death of your family member may be covered by financial compensation. Losing a loved one is never easy, but having to pay for the costs related to their death can be overwhelming and stressful, adding to the difficulties you may already be experiencing. An attorney can help ease the financial burdens you may be dealing with during this heart-wrenching time.

Insurance companies are out to make money, not to protect your rights. They make a profit by offering as little as possible in claims. Your personal injury lawyer can help you get a full and fair settlement that will cover the costs related to your medical care and other expenses.

At the law office of Samuel P. Moeller, PLLC, we are in the business of helping injured crash victims make full financial recoveries. We work hard to ensure that you’re able to get your life back on track after being hurt in an auto accident caused by driver negligence. Contact our law office as soon as you can by calling (602) 903-2905 to be connected with a skilled, experienced attorney regarding your legal rights. We work on contingency, which means you pay us nothing unless you’re awarded financial compensation for the losses and damages you may be faced with.

Arizona Motorcycle Accidents

Traffic accidents happen at an alarming rate in Arizona. More than 150,000 auto wrecks are reported per year in the Grand Canyon State. These wrecks cause thousands of injuries and fatalities annually. A percentage of these collisions involve motorcycles. Motorcyclists are at a greater risk for serious and fatal injuries due to being totally unprotected and vulnerable while traveling.

If you have recently lost a loved one in a motorcycle collision, you may be eligible to collect financial compensation for the damages you face. Statistics regarding motorcycle accidents in the United States show that approximately half of the motorcycle accidents that occur here are the fault of the other driver, not the motorcyclist.

This means that it is about 50% likely that your family member caused their own accident. A wrongful death lawyer can help you figure out who or what caused your loved one’s crash and how you can collect compensation to help pay for the aftermath.

Losing a loved one in a traffic accident is devastating. You may feel like your entire world has stopped. We, the Law Offices of Samuel P. Moeller, PLLC, are here to help you recover in more ways than one. We can help you get the financial compensation you need to pay for vehicle repair, lost wages, funeral care, and more.
