Arizona Car Accidents

In Arizona, car accidents frequently take place thousands of times per year. The majority of the traffic collisions that occur in the Grand Canyon state are caused by the actions of negligent drivers. People who behave recklessly, carelessly, or otherwise negligently cause 9 out of 10 vehicle wrecks in the United States. Some of the most prevalent forms of driver negligence in Arizona and throughout the country include:

  • Speeding drivers

Arizona Auto Accidents

Car crashes constantly happen throughout the state of Arizona and across the United States. The United States sees more than 17,000 car wrecks per day, which is equivalent to around 6 million each year. Of these accidents, more than 3 million people sustain injuries, and about 40,000 lose their lives every year. Driver negligence causes the majority of these accidents.

Negligent drivers cause millions of people to become injured every year. In the Grand Canyon State, more than 55,000 people sustain injuries in car wrecks yearly. On average, more than 125,000 auto accidents are reported in the state of Arizona per year. Currently, most of the car wrecks reported in the state are caused by speeding, distraction, and intoxication. Driver distraction causes over 400,000 car crashes per year in the US and takes the lives of more than 3,000 people. When you or a member of your family has sustained injuries due to the actions of a negligent driver, you may qualify for financial compensation for the injuries and damages you face.

Negligent drivers break the law each time they act recklessly or carelessly while on the road. Phoenix, AZ (December 6, 2022) – A child lost their life, and four people were hurt in a car crash that occurred on a busy road in central Phoenix. The incident occurred on Tuesday morning, December 6.

Arizona Auto Accidents

Driving a vehicle is extremely convenient in that it gets you from point A to point B quickly and efficiently. However, there is an imminent risk of becoming involved in a collision due to unpredictable circumstances, such as the behavior of other drivers. Despite how alert and mindful you are while driving, it is impossible to know what other drivers are going to do. Every year, more than 6 million auto crashes happen in the United States. These wrecks cause serious injuries to over 3 million people each year. Sadly, more than 40,000 individuals are killed in auto crashes in the United States each year. Alarmingly, the majority o these accidents are caused by the actions of negligent drivers. Currently, driver negligence is the main cause of auto accidents throughout the United States.

Over 125,000 auto collisions take place throughout Arizona each year. Generally speaking, approximately 60,000 individuals are hurt in these accidents annually. Additionally, approximately 1,000 individuals lose their lives in these collisions per year. Speeding is the main reason auto accidents happen in the state of Arizona. Throughout the country, about 31%fatal car crashes happen due to the actions of drivers who are speeding. This is equal to about 11,000 people who die per year due to drivers who drive at unsafe speeds.

If you have recently lost someone you love due to the negligent actions of another driver, you may be able to collect financial compensation for the losses and damages you face. It is in your best interest to work with a wrongful death lawyer in Phoenix if you are aware that your loved one’s crash could have been avoided.

Phoenix, AZ – Three Killed, One Critical After Fiery Collision at Thomas Rd & 59th Ave

Phoenix, AZ (December 5, 2022) – Three people were killed, and one man is fighting for his life in the hospital after a severe two-car crash late Saturday, December 3, in Phoenix. Authorities arrived at the intersection of Thomas Road and 59th Avenue at around 10:14 p.m. to find a pick-up truck on fire.

Firefighters were able to extinguish the blaze. Preliminary investigations found three individuals trapped inside the truck who had lost their lives.

Inside the second vehicle, two men were found. They were transported to a nearby hospital for treatment. One man had life-threatening injuries, while the other sustained minor injuries. Phoenix police say that the vehicle occupied by two men was headed east on Thomas Road when it rear-ended the pickup truck.

A witness attempted to extinguish the fire before officials arrived but were unsuccessful. Footage from a nearby ring camera shows a sedan pulling out just before striking the pickup truck, which immediately burst into flames.

No one involved has been identified at this time. The two men in the sedan are currently in the hospital.

Police in Phoenix continue to investigate what led up to the accident.

We would like to offer our sincere condolences to the families of the deceased victims. We hope for the full recovery of those with injuries.

Arizona Auto Accidents

Being involved in a car crash can be traumatic–and is almost always expensive. Car crashes impose debilitating effects on victims and their families. You may be a safe driver, but that will not always protect you from the actions of those who are not.

Each year, far too many people have their lives irreversibly altered by the actions of other drivers who choose to act negligently while behind the wheel. The United States sees more auto accident fatalities than any other high-income country in the world. Traffic accidents resulted in approximately $19.400 billion in economic losses in Arizona in 2018, according to information provided by the Arizona Department of Transportation.

One thing people victimized in car crashes can always expect, unfortunately, is that the insurance company will not want to provide them with fair treatment. Our personal injury lawyers put our injured clients first, and we have a successful history in the courtroom of fighting for the best interests of our clients.
