Arizona Car Accidents
In the state of Arizona, there are more car accidents than almost any other state in the United States. Generally speaking, over 125,000 car wrecks occur in the Grand Canyon State every year. This is equal to around 340 wrecks that happen per day, causing injuries to over 150 people daily.
Those victimized in these accidents usually need emergency medical attention. They often end up in the hospital for lengthy periods of time where they undergo extensive medical procedures that can be exhausting and expensive. Overall, sustaining a serious injury in a severe accident is difficult and overwhelming. Not only do you have to deal with painful physical injuries, but you may also be faced with emotional and/or mental difficulties.
If your life was negatively impacted by a severe accident, it is in your best interest to contact a car crash attorney as soon as possible to discuss your legal rights. This is especially helpful if you believe that your wreck was the result of a negligent driver’s actions. Driver negligence causes over 90% of the auto accidents reported in the United States. Things like driver intoxication, distraction, and fatigue lead to thousands of auto collisions every single year.
Even if you believe that you were partially at fault for the wreck, you may still be entitled to financial compensation that can help you pay for medical care costs, vehicle repairs, and more. For instance, if the court finds that you were 25% liable for the incident, you will be able to collect 75% of the financial compensation available to you.
