Arizona Car Wrecks
More car accidents happen in Arizona than in many other states. Usually, over 125,000 car wrecks happen in the Grand Canyon State every year. This is equal to more than 340 accidents per day.
Over 150 individuals are severely injured in auto accidents in Arizona every day. Those who are hurt in car crashes usually require immediate and sometimes long-term medical care that can be expensive and time-consuming. Sustaining severe injuries in a crash can be very difficult because of this and other aspects. Emotional turmoil and physical disabilities can sometimes result from serious auto accidents.
If a car wreck negatively impacted your life, you should call a car crash attorney as soon as you can to discuss your legal rights toward financial compensation. Especially if you believe that your wreck was caused by the negligence of another person. Driver negligence causes 4 out of 5 car crashes in the United States. Distraction, fatigue, intoxication, and speeding are four common types of driver negligence that often cause serious collisions.
You can still collect compensation even if you believe you may have partially caused your wreck. Compensation can help pay for medical bills, vehicle repairs, and more. For example, if the court finds that you were 30% at fault for the crash, you’ll be able to collect 70% of the financial compensation available.
