Arizona Car Accidents
Unfortunately, auto collisions happen all the time in the United States and throughout Arizona. Every day, the US sees more than 17,000 car crashes that injure more than 7,500 people. Yearly, over 6 million vehicle collisions are reported nationwide that cause injuries to over 3 million individuals. Of these wrecks, nearly 40,000 people lose their lives. Driver negligence is the main cause of the majority of these crashes.
Driver negligence injures millions of people every single year. Over 55,000 people are injured per year in car wrecks in Arizona while close to 1,000 are killed. The Grand Canyon State sees approximately 125,000 vehicle collisions per year. Currently, speeding causes the majority of these accidents, along with driver distraction and driver intoxication. When a negligent driver causes someone you love to become injured, you may be able to collect financial compensation to help you pay for the costs related to your accident.
Negligent driving is illegal in the United States. When someone chooses to drive carelessly or recklessly, they put themselves and everyone else at risk for severe injuries. Driving negligently is often punished by jail time and fines in the United States. Depending on the severity of the incident, the penalties may be more severe. Sustaining injuries due to the actions of a negligent driver is a very difficult experience. Not only is it painful, but it can be unfair and frustrating.
