Arizona Pedestrian Accidents
Pedestrian accidents happen constantly in the United States and throughout Arizona. Pedestrians usually sustain more severe injuries than other crash victims. This is because when pedestrians travel, they are totally unprotected against the force of moving vehicles. Being injured in a pedestrian crash is a devastating experience that may affect your life for weeks, months, or longer. When you or someone you love has been hurt in a pedestrian accident, you may be wondering where you can turn for help.
You must be able to determine how and why your crash happened if you are seeking any form of compensation for your injuries. If you think another person is responsible, you should contact a pedestrian crash attorney in Phoenix. A lawyer can help you prove your innocence in your wreck, as well as the liability of another party. If you’re able to prove that another person caused your accident, you may be eligible to collect financial compensation for the damages you face.
Multiple damages related to your injury crash can be paid for by way of compensation. Lost wages, medical care, vehicle repairs, and more are eligible for compensation. Even non-economic damages like loss of enjoyment of life, embarrassment, disfigurement, and more may qualify for financial compensation after you’re hurt by the actions of a negligent driver.
