Car Accidents in Arizona
Arizona sees more traffic collisions than almost any other state in the nation. On average, more than 125,000 auto accidents take place in the Grand Canyon State each year, totaling more than 340 accidents causing injuries to over 150 people daily.
The victims of these traffic collisions typically require emergency care and extended hospitalizations. Due to this, being seriously hurt in a car crash can be extremely difficult. You may also be dealing with emotional trauma and physical disabilities after your crash.
If a car accident had a detrimental impact on your life, we urge you to reach out to a car accident lawyer as quickly as possible to discuss your rights, particularly if the incident was caused by a driver who was acting negligently. Driver negligence is responsible for more than 90% of the car accidents that take place in the United States every year.
Driver fatigue, distraction, and intoxication are the leading causes of negligence-based car accidents in Arizona.
Even if you think you may share in the liability for your accident, you could still be entitled to collect compensation to help pay for vehicle repairs, medical care, and more. For example, if the court finds that you were 20% at fault for the crash, you will be able to collect 80% of the compensation available to you.
