Arizona Auto Collisions

Over 10,000 auto collisions occur in Arizona per month. These collisions sometimes injure people so severely that they end up in the hospital or with permanent disabilities. Crash victims who sustain injuries often require emergency medical care that can turn into long-term hospital stays. Depending on the severity and nature of the wreck, a crash victim may have legal options to help them recover financially.

Victims who are hurt in wrecks caused by distracted, fatigued, or intoxicated drivers must be able to prove that their injuries were directly caused by the actions of a negligent driver. A skilled personal injury lawyer in Scottsdale can help them do this. It is illegal to drive negligently in the United States, and negligent drivers are often forced to pay fines and even spend time in jail. Those who have been victimized by negligent driving usually have legal rights toward financial compensation. In order to successfully bring a claim against a negligent party, you must prove that:

  • You were owed a duty of care by the negligent driver
  • That duty of care was breached
  • the breach resulted in your accident
  • you suffered injuries/losses due to the crash that negatively impacted your life

When you are able to prove all of this without a problem, you will be able to collect financial compensation that can pay for the damages you are faced with in relation to your accident. Medical bills, lost wages, repairs or replacement of your vehicle, and more may be able to be compensated for in court. Working with a skilled Scottsdale car crash attorney can provide you with the opportunity for justice and recovery.

At the Law Offices of Samuel P. Moeller, PLLC, we work to prove your case so you can get the justice and compensation you need to recover. Our lawyers will figure out how to prove that you are not at fault for your accident so you can get the money you need to get your life back on track.
